Micro Scoops Combo Pack, Static-Free, 5 mg to 35 mg

Antistatic polypropylene micro scoops in various sizes. The black scoop holds approximately 5-10 mg of powder. The red scoop holds approximately 10-15 mg of powder. The orange double-sided scoop holds approximately 5-35mg of powder. These ranges may vary depending on the bulk density of the powder.

Capacities:
Red scoop: 0.01 mL (10 – 15 mg weight range)
Black scoop: 0.006 mL (5 – 10 mg weight range)
Double-sided orange scoop: 0.005 mL on the smaller end, 0.025 mL on the larger end (5 – 10 mg weight range on the smaller end, 25 – 35 mg weight range on the larger end)

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to check a volumetric conversion for a dosage with a milligram scale before assuming the range. Some powders may be more dense and fall outside of these ranges.

Why is my scoop not measuring the right mg?

Scoops measure volume (mL). The weight (mg) held by a scoop varies by the material being measured.

There is no direct conversion between mL (volume) and mg (mass) as this varies based on the measured material.
When first measuring a new material, please confirm its weight with a 0.001 g (milligram) scale. The provided weights are only estimates due to density variations between materials.

A: Two materials can have equal size (volume) but have different weights (mass). For example, table tennis balls and golf balls are equal size, but have different weights.
